Her personal record of outstanding performance was recognized by the Illinois Association of Realtors®, with its President’s Club Diamond Life Award in 1996.
She achieved over $12.8 million in sales in 2004. Mary Fran’s success is based on 30 years of experience in residential, as well as commercial real estate. Her background in construction and rehab adds a further dimension to the resources she brings to any assignment. Totally committed to her clients, Mary Fran doesn’t rest until they are completely satisfied. Her reputation for high ethical standards, candor and expertise in handling her clients has resulted in personal referrals from many individuals and top corporations in Chicago.
Mary Fran’s dedication to her profession is also expressed by the credentials she has earned: CRB (Certified Residential Broker) and GRI (Graduate of Realtors® Institute). She was President of the Beverly Suburban Board. She has served two terms as a Director of the Chicago Association of Realtors®. A Life Member and former docent at the Lincoln Park Zoo, Mary Fran also enjoys opera, symphonic music and travel. She has three grown children.
